1. Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at support@joltbuddy.com. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Will I be charged sales tax?

2. Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Peak Periods: Up to 15–20 business days
Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days before shipment
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery in real time. If you don’t receive a tracking email within a few days, check your spam folder or contact us.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@joltbuddy.com.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return unopened or unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.
How do I return an item?

Who covers return shipping costs?

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method after processing. If your refund is delayed, contact your payment provider.

What if an item is out of stock?
